How do I view the history of an employee's accrued benefit time?

 
  1. Select Employees from the navigation list.
  2. Choose the employee you wish to work with from the list.
  3. From the toolbar select Manage Employee.  In the drop down menu select Manage Benefit Time.
  4. Press the View/Edit Details button.  The Accrual History window will open.
  5. Each accrual pay code will display with the details of when the accrual occurred.
  6. The amount accrued will show a + next to a HH:MM value. To see the value in hundredths, position the mouse pointer over the value. For example +2:15 will show as +2.250 in the hover text.
  7. To view different periods, click on the Year drop down and select the desired year.
